Verify a document
By reference or hash
Enter the reference printed on the document (e.g. MOH-2026-000012-K7Q3) or a SHA-256 hash.
By uploading the PDF
Upload the PDF you received. Its fingerprint is compared with the issued original. Nothing is stored.
How verification works
Each issued document is canonicalised to a fixed JSON payload (reference, entity, title, body, dates). Its SHA-256 hash is printed on the document and the payload is signed with the entity's Ed25519 private key. Public keys are published on each entity page. Every document also links to the previous one issued by the same entity, forming a tamper-evident chain. You can verify independently with the proof.json file available on each document page and openssl.
